Service

Cog Connect is a corporate networking platform. Your organization controls branding, employee card fields, and lead data. Employees may view and share cards but may not edit locked corporate fields.

Accounts and seats

Subscriptions are billed to the company (or to a freelancer on a self-pay plan). Corporate employees are never charged personally. Seat limits and paid feature packs (for example Design Studio Pro, NFC write, advanced analytics, compliance/residency) apply as described in the current pricing schedule.

Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable data protection laws, obtain required consents for lead/swap capture, and not misuse public cards, OCR, or AI features. AI-generated follow-up content requires human approval before send.

Data and privacy

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy. Data subject requests may be submitted via your organization admin or platform support (DSAR). Locale-specific full legal terms will be added after counsel review.

Fair use

Trial and paid plans are subject to fair-use caps on AI, OCR, and swap volume. Abuse, scraping, or attempts to bypass entitlement checks may result in suspension.
